How Does It Work?
It begins with a simple, no-obligation phone call. A relationship is not something we sell; it’s something you invest in because you realize the value.
We begin with an initial phone call so we can get to know one another. Just as you want to find the optimum coach, I want to find the client for whom I feel I can do the most good. I want to hear about your ideas of what success means to you; what are your accomplishments, what are your goals and dreams for the future? You’ll receive a welcome packet which explains the relationship in greater detail and provides an opportunity for you to share your thoughts. After that we’ll have a better idea if I’m the right coach for you. If not, I’m only too happy to recommend other coaches or consultants whom I feel would be better suited to your needs. It’s that simple. There's no obligation or charge for an assessment, you may learn something new about yourself in the process!
Coaching sessions are held weekly or bi weekly at a regularly scheduled time by telephone or videocall. We'll determine your needs and create the agenda. I’ll help you solve problems and realize opportunities for growth and advantage. Periodically you'll receive a "homework" assignment designed to motivate your journey. Together we’ll set goals and design projects that will propel you in the areas you want to develop in priority. After each session, you'll receive a notated review of your session and you can e-mail me throughout the week as often as necessary if you have questions or if you just want to share a victorious goal.
Lastly, you must consider the price of the investment. My standard rate for 2009 begins at $65.00 per hour with discounts for prepaid blocks. The initial 30-45 minute consultation is absolutely FREE.
